三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程為法律理論專題研究，屬於博士班的法理學進階課程，本學期將以「在科學與藝術之間的法學」作為探討課題，以指定閱讀教材為閱讀與導讀的對象之外，本課程特別著重心得分享與討論，並預計邀請學界友人出席課程，進行更深與更廣的意見交換，期望透過更有彈性的上課方式教學相長，對於主題可以有更多面向的理解與掌握。本課程對於博士班學生的意義在於，除了術業有專攻之外，對於法學與法學思維的理解，將能建立法學研究的穩固基礎。
This course is an advanced course in the theories of law especially designed for the Ph.D. Student. The subject matter of this course is "legal studies between science and art". By way of reading the assigned materials and discussion, including the exchange of opinions with the invited scholars, the students who take this course shall learn and think deeper and wider about the characteristics and logic of legal studies and legal thinking. The importance of this subject matter is to build a critical methodological ground for legal studies and research.
