三、教學目標 Objectives
探討國際法學之基礎理論與哲學思辨，培育國際法學理論論述之批判能力之國際法人才，俾利有效處理國際法問題與國際事務能力，以及有效參與國家政策規劃能力。
This course intends to elaborate fundamental theories and philosophical deliberations of international law for the purpose of educating graduate students with critical faculty of international legal theory in dealing with international issues and in participating in domestic policy making.
