三、教學目標 Objectives
本於在大學部及碩士班已學習之行政法一般性基礎，針對行政法理論中較為重要之部分，配合博士班同學之研究方向，選擇適當主題，從事較為深入之探討，尤其將以外國法之引介為重要內容，並比較國內法制之差異，藉以強化同學對行政法重要領域之了解，並培養日後從事學術研究之專業能力。
On the general basis of law department of law school and master classes, scopes on more important part of general theories of administrative law, and also connect with researches of PhD classes, to in-depth discussion. We especially expect to introduce the connecting foreign acts and systems, to strengthen the understanding of administrative law and develop the research comprehension in the future.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
前幾週先閱讀相關主題之行政法上之重要文獻，並指定同學導讀後於課堂上討論。其後依同學語言能力，自行蒐集相關文獻資料，閱讀後提出於課堂上討論。其後再分配期末報告題目及大綱討論。最後數週，依上課同學人數在課堂上從事口頭報告及討論。
