三、教學目標 Objectives
為使學生於實習中結合理論與實務，以培養社會工作專業精神，強化方案設計、執行與督導能力，發展個人化實習方案，訂定本辦法。
The Field Practicum is scheduled over two semesters. During each semester students are placed in one community agency under the supervision of a professional social worker who is their field instructor. A minimum of 600 hours (at least 240 per semester) of agency experience is required. Experience with client groups from an ethnic group different from that of the student is expected. The Field Practicum builds skills for practice by applying theories and knowledge of human behavior in the social environment. In an approved practicum site the student is provided the opportunity to develop social work knowledge and skills under the supervision of an experienced social worker. Emphasis is placed on development of the breadth of knowledge, perspectives and skills needed for practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations and communities. As part of the total MSW curriculum, the Practicum provides students with an opportunity for the development and enhancement of social work knowledge and skills as well as an understanding and appreciation of a scientific and analytic approach to knowledge building and practice. Students are required to write their own field practicum proposal, plan their own field practicum goal.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 一、研究生實習次數規定： (一)研究生共需實習兩次，各給予3個學分，每次為240小時,兩次實習總時數480小時。 (二)研究生於入學前，已累積社會工作實務經驗達5年（含）以上，並具社工師應考資格，得持職歷證明、學位證書或學分相關證明於入學年度第一學期（10月15日前）向本系碩士班申請。 (三)經實習委員會審查同意通過後，研究生得以選讀本系碩士班一門3學分選修課替代一次機構實習學分240小時。
