三、教學目標 Objectives
1. 從全面性了解目前青少年的生活狀況。
2. 從鉅觀、中觀及微觀層面，了解青少年非行與犯罪行為之可能因素與相關理論。
3. 探討司法制度對於青少年非行與犯罪問題之因應方式。
4. 介紹台灣青少年相關法令。
5. 了解其他國家在處理青少年問題的相關方案與經驗。
6. 說明各類型青少年非行行為與犯罪問題之防治對策與輔導方案之規劃。
1.Understanding the current living conditions of adolescent people.
2.Understanding the possible factors of adolescent delinquent and criminal behavior of the theory.
3.Discussion on the judicial system in response to the way the problem of juvenile crime.
4.Introducing the relevant adolescent law in Taiwan.
5.Exploring the experiences of dealing with adolescent issues in other countries.
6.Describe prevention plans and mentoring programs of different types of adolescent delinquent acts and crime.
