愚公移山,一、這個移山倒海的壯舉有無破壞環境的疑慮?二、愚公有權可以移山嗎? 三、愚公有權傾到廢棄物於海嗎?四、就算要路平,愚公可以自行動手開挖馬路嗎?五、子子孫孫無窮無盡的接棒,就是永續經營嗎? 六、移山倒海的壯舉後,有誰受惠?有誰蒙蔽?七、愚公除了移山之外,可有其他選擇?八、除了堅毅不拔的精神外,愚公還有哪些可嘉與可議的言行? 童話故事,經常隱藏生活經營和生活實踐的倩姿,不時顯露民主法治與公共生活的的身影。人們並不一定要從政治學或法理學等途徑,才能進入「民主法治」的殿堂,藉由童話故事、寓言故事,亦可潛探「民主法治---人權與民主」的鴻爪。 本課程教學目標: 1、知識方面:提升民主、法治、人權、正義…等知見、思考、判斷、應用。 2、實務方面:促進公民社會的觸發。 |

What can we learn from a traditional Chinese myth—The Foolish Old Man(Yugong) Removes the Mountains: 1. Does Yugong’s decision, moving mountain, negatively influence the environment? 2. Is there a right for Yugong to literally “move” a mountain? 3. Does Yugong have the right to dump the waste into the sea? 4. Even Yugong wants the road smooth and flat, is it okay to pave the road without permission from the authorities? 5. Does “Sustainable Operation” mean the work of Yugong being inherited by his descendants till the end of the time? 6. Who was benefited and who was affected after Yugong moved the mountains? 7. Is there any options other than moving the mountains? 8. What else can we learn from Yugong instead of his persevering attitude? Any comments on Yugong? Fable Stories usually imply the way of living operation and living practices, and often give the readers a glimpse of democracy and the rule of law and public life. Entering the gate of democracy and the rule of law, does not necessarily require through politics and jurisprudence. It could also be accessed through fairy tales, fable stories, with a peak of democracy and the rule of law. Objectives: 1. Knowledge aspect: Strengthen the knowledge of Democracy, Rule of Laws, Human Rights, Justice; with critical thinking, judgment, and application. 2. Practical aspect: Prompting students participate in civil society. |
