三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程預計介紹民法各編之基礎概念，希望能在極為有限的授課時間內使非法律相關科系學生對於作為法律學基礎之民法有初步之認識，並能藉基礎案例熟悉民法相關問題。
This course is aim to introduce the structure of Civil Law in Taiwan,with focus on General Principles, Obligations, Property Rights, and Succession, to student. The goal of this course is to equip students with basic understanding of Civil and to be familiar to civil law cases.
