三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程將透過民法相關條文之講解與法院實務案例之討論，協助同學理解民法規範之內容，瞭解民法上之權利義務關係並進而獲得解決生活上之相關法律問題之能力。
The objective of this course is to make students familiar with legal concepts and structures of Civil Law in Taiwan and enhance their abilities about solving legal problems in the daily life. Students will learn about the general principles of civil law, debt law and property law
