使會計係同學瞭解民法之財產法律關係之變動效力 例如買賣 贈與 租賃 合夥 承攬 僱傭 委任等法律關係 並使其知曉親屬編及繼承編之法律規範 本學期並說明有關民法 家事事件法 人工生殖法等最新修正部分之法律 例如監護宣告　輔助宣告　物權　 繼承 監護 收養等
