九、課程其他要求 Other Requirements
1. Students must be punctual for each class. They are considered as being late if they arrive at the class less than 10 minutes late. It is regarded as the absence if they arrive at the class more than 15 minutes late.
2. Sleeping is not allowed. (像是：趴桌上、手支撐頭睡覺、戴帽子、冥想睡覺法) If you do it, you will get the absence.
3. Absence is allowed to have 4 hours. But, if your leave of absence is more than 4 hours (三次缺席), 8 points from your Final score (總成績) will be deducted for each hour.
4. More than 3 absences (6 hours) will result in a failure of the course. (扣考)
5. Using cellphone (facebook, line, Instagram, and game) is not allowed in the class. 3 points will be taken away from your Final score (總成績). ps. (被登記後，若一分鐘後繼續使用手機，會進行第二次扣分，依此類推。)
6. Students should be responsible for their own learning. If you do something not related to the course, 3 points will be taken away from your Final score (總成績).
7. Students must come to class with your textbook and homework. 2 points will be taken away from your Final Score if you forget to bring them.
8. A second-hand book is welcomed if all exercise parts are clean (with no answers and note indicated). Otherwise, please use the assigned textbooks. Everyone is required to have the textbook. Copied textbook is not allowed. (請尊重智慧財產權，勿觸法)
9. Make-up test (Quiz, Midterm, and Final Exam) will not be given.
10. Late assignment will not be accepted. Don’t send your assignment to my e-mail.
11. Plagiarism and cheating (作弊) will not be tolerated. It is a form of cheating and not acceptable in any institution of higher learning. Students must be prepared to receive a failing mark if they plagiarize in any way.
