Rules of the Game
1. Homework submitted late will not be accepted.
2. No make-up exam will be given unless a valid excuse is provided.
3. Unexcused absences are not permitted. One absence will result in a 3 point deduction from the final attendance grade. Two absences will result in a 5 point deduction from the final attendance grade. Three absences will result in a 7 point deduction from the final attendance grade. Four absences will result in complete loss of all 10 available attendance points. Perfect attendance will earn all 10 available attendance points.
4. Cheating is not tolerated. Any student caught cheating will be given a failing grade for that particular assignment or test and possibly a failing grade for the entire course.
5. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Students are not allowed to copy the work or assignments of other students.
6. Surprise quizzes will be given at the discretion of the teacher.
7. No food or drinks allowed in the classroom.
