聽力 30%聽力課不舉行期中考與期末考,而是在平常考成績中擇優取若干次成績,計算其平均值作為本學期成績。所有平常考均無補考。缺考三次以上(含三次)將嚴重影響學期成績。

九、課程其他要求 Other Requirements
1. Late assignments will not be accepted.
2. Students are not allowed to copy the work or assignments of other students. Should the case happen, the work of both students will not be graded.
3. Surprise quizzes will be given. Due to inconvenience, there are no make-up tests and quizzes. For the final result of listening practice, the teacher will choose from every student's test and quiz results the same number of test grades, which are better than his/her other test and quiz grades to get an average as his/her semester grade in listening practice. Therefore, the students who are seldom absent stand the better chance of getting the best final result, as they will have more test grades available for the teacher to choose from. Those who don't take as many tests and quizzes will force the teacher to choose from their limited test and quiz results to make up their semester grade.
4. No make-up exam will be given unless a valid excuse is provided. In order to be excused for final exam, the student must produce acceptable proof of absence for the test date to obtain official documentation issued from the school. There will be no remedy for absence from the make-up exam.
5. Cheating during the test will be given a failing grade for that test and possibly a failing grade for the entire course.
6. Students are advised to attend as many classes as possible. Without a valid excuse, three absences will result in 5 points deducted from the final attendance grade. Four absences will result in 7 points deducted from the final attendance grade. Five absences will result in the complete loss of all 10 attendance points. Perfect attendance will earn all 10 available attendance points.
