三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
介紹教育社會學理論與經驗研究成果,培養學生對教育體系進行批判研究之基礎。選讀之教育社會學著作涵蓋理論建構、教育階層化與不平等、學校教育與文化再製、教育制度與教育政治等主題;擇取分享之研究在方法上兼及計量、質性與比較制度分析,除旨在充實學生對教育社會學之認識外,亦嘗試提供大三學生融會先前在研究法與理論課程學習之機會。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This course aims to develop students’ capability to conduct critical research on educational systems by introducing the major theories and empirical research work in the field of sociology of education. The topics include the theoretical perspectives of sociology of education, educational stratification, inequality, schooling, cultural reproduction, institutional reforms, and educational politics. To help students synthesize prior learning on social research methods and sociological theories, the selected readings cover research works using qualitative, quantitative, and comparative institutional methods. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
