三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
本課程的主要目標在於培養與教導修課同學社會科學研究的相關知識以及實作能力。為達成此教學目標,本課程將會著重於社會學兩種主要的研究方法:量化與質化研究方法。此外,為了讓同學孰悉量化的調查研究過程與培養其調查研究的能力,會透過實際執行跨校之問卷調查研究。本課程對修完課的同學有下列期許:(1)具備研究方法論知識基礎,能夠看懂、評析他人的研究;(2)熟悉實作調查流程,能獨立操作問卷調查研究之基本程序;(3)謹記量化與質化研究分別的限制,且能批判反省。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This course aims to help students to understand the basic knowledge of social research and how to do a social research. In order to achieve this aim, the course will focus on two perspectives, quantitative and qualitative methods. Moreover, we will help student to do a social survey. We wish that students can learn the basic knowledge of social research, and understand how to read and understand others' researches, and the process and procedure of social survey, and the limits of quantitative and qualitative methods. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
四、課程內容 Course Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程在教學上,將會分為兩各部分,課堂講授與分組討論實作。就課堂講授的部分,本課程將會納入「翻轉教學」精神,要求同學在到課前事先預習並做課前作業,提出閱讀時遇到的疑難;俾使教師在課堂上除解釋重要概念,亦能回應及帶領討論同學所提問題。(2)分組討論實作:本課程預計將全班分為6至7人規模的小組若干,在本課程的一學年之內,實際執行北台灣地區大專院校之抽樣調查研究。在本學期結束之前,各組須完成並發表問卷初稿。 |
