三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
「將社會學認知成一種關於社會交往(sociation)形式的研究。但是,不論是誰談論了哪些形式,都將踏進美學的領域。社會,其最終的分析便是一種美學。」這是齊默爾(Georg Simmel, 1858-1918)的主張,也是本課程的基本理念。 想要從事內容創作、喜歡說故事、熱愛旅行的人非常適合這堂課。特別是未來想要投入地方創生發展的社會學學生,更應該選擇這堂課。在這堂課中,我們將致力於探討什麼是有溫度、有想法的文化事物,以及又要如何創造這些內容事物。「文化資本」(cultural capital)、「文化DNA」、「首席文化長」(chief culture officer)、「故事經濟學」(storynomics)、「地方風土資產」等學說,是打開學生觀看文化的關鍵觀念視角。 文化社會學是說故事的社會學。懂得用故事力,是當代社會學得以發揮影響力的創新發展路徑。傳承Lewis Wickes Hine的社會攝影學(social photography)做法,亦即透過影像故事(photo story)改變世界,本課程的學期作業將是製作一本「地方風格旅行」導覽口袋書。口袋書將是以強烈影像與創意文案,去呈現一個地方的生活價值感。學生透過自己的實作,了解文化如何被產出、故事如何被書寫。跳脫以文字為主的社會學訓練,鼓勵學生用圖像與文案表達社會學內容。 實作場域是新北市鶯歌。本課程預計將會在4/23日前往鶯歌,進行一天的田野訓練,項目包括地方人物生命故事採集、生活風格特色側寫等。這些都是旅行者、說書人、創作者養成的基本訓練。 開發學生對文化的熱情與興趣,用文化社會學改變自己與社會,是這堂課對學生的期待。 想要認識地方文化生活發展的案例,請參考花蓮磯崎村的發展,網址是:https://kaluluan.com.tw/index.php |

"Cognition of sociology as a study of the forms of social interaction. But whoever talks about the forms will step into the realm of aesthetics. Society, the ultimate analysis of which is an aesthetic." This is the proposition of Georg Simmel (1858-1918), also the basic idea of this course. This class is perfect for people who want to engage in content creation, love storytelling, and love to travel. In particular, sociology students who want to invest in local creative development in the future should choose this course. In this class, we will focus on exploring what cultural things with warmth and ideas are, and how to create these content things. Theories such as "cultural capital", "cultural DNA", "chief culture officer", "storynomics", and "local terroir assets" are the key concepts for students to view culture perspective. The sociology of culture is the sociology of storytelling. Knowing how to use story power is an innovative development path for contemporary sociology to exert its influence. Inheriting Lewis Wickes Hine's social photography practice of changing the world through photo stories, the semester assignment for this course will be the creation of a "local style travel" guide pocket book. The pocket book will present the sense of life value of a place with strong images and creative copywriting. Through their own practice, students understand how cultures are produced and stories are written. Escape from text-based sociology training, and encourage students to express sociology content with images and copywriting. The field of practice is Yingge, New Taipei City. This course is expected to go to Yingge on 4/23 for a day of field training. The project includes the collection of local characters' life stories, and the profile of life style characteristics. To develop students' enthusiasm and interest in culture, and to use cultural sociology to change themselves and society, is the expectation of this class for students. |

學生分組注意事項 1. 學生自行分組。之後選出組長,負責填寫組員單、行政協調工作等。 2. 本課堂的作業要求是製作一本「地方風格旅行」口袋書。頁書為三十頁左右。口袋書內容的影像必須是組員自己所拍攝的作品,而非網路上下載的圖片。口袋書必須要設定主題與路線,推薦具有文化深度的店家與景點,並將其繪製成一張導覽地圖。 3. 提案分享時請製作簡報檔,清楚說明主題構思、內容產出規劃及分工方式。 4. 每組請繳交內部的工作會議記錄,次數不限,越多越好。 5. 本課程將會進行組員成績互評。 | |||||
