三、教學目標 Objectives |
探討奈米科技與創新產業的關連,奈米尺度下的世界有什麼不同的物理性質?由奈米材料前瞻製作技術介紹,進而了解奈米科技特性及奈米科技檢測技術等。以真空微電子實驗室近年所發表的論文10篇為主軸,將奈米科技作廣度及深度的討論,含有五種檢測技術的說明。

Exploring the nanotechnology and the innovation nano-industry. For understand the different physical properties of the world in the nanometer scale, we introduced the prospective production technology of nano-materials, and then understand the characteristics of nanotechnology and nano-detection technology. Taking the 10 papers published by the Vacuum Microelectronics Laboratory in recent years as the texts, the nanotechnology is then discussed in terms of all aspects, and follows five descriptions of detection techniques in additional lectures. |
