讓學生對整個理論物理的結構有個通盤的了解。
引領學生欣賞物理之美。
Introduce the mathematical structure of theoretical physics and the similarities between different branch of physics.
Lead students to enjoy the beauty of theoretical physics.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
教授課程涵蓋：
上學期主要是講 the principle of least action，探討 Lagrangian mechanics 的結構與內涵。從 first principle 出發，探討的主題涵蓋力學系統、電磁張量、電動力學、相對論性力學、彎曲空間的測地線。
下學期則是在簡單的複習 Lagrangian mechanics 後，深入探討測地線，接著進入時空的探討、張量的介紹與計算、廣義相對論的簡介、宇宙學導論。
