三、教學目標 Objectives | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
本課程之講授將規劃為「數位經濟」與「網路治理」兩大部分: 一、「數位經濟」:將從政治經濟學研究之角度,探討人工智慧、大數據、社群媒體、FinTech等新科技對形成政治態度及改變投票行為的效應,以及數位資產、資料開放及數位轉型等科技政策,對政治經濟及政治發展的影響。 二、「網路治理」:從政治傳播之觀點,協助學生探索及了解政府、產業與公民如何整合多方利害關係人,並建立公民政治參與之溝通平台與決策機制,以達成確保網路資源公平運用,及防止假訊息散布等之重要治理目的。 |

This course is divided into two major parts, Digital Economy and Internet Governance. 1. Digital Economy From the angle of political economy, this course discusses the effect of those new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Social Media and FinTech, on the forming of political attitudes and the changing of voting behaviors. It will also be introduced how the science and technology policies on Digital Asset, Open Data and Digital Transformation influence the political economics and political development. 2. Internet Governance This course, from the perspective of political communication, helps the students to understand how the multistakeholders, e.g., government, industries and citizens, are integrated, and to explore how the government establishes the communication platform and decision-making mechanism for citizen participation in political affairs, in order to attain the important governance goals, such as the fair allocation of network resources and the prevention of misinformation propagation. |
