三、教學目標 Objectives
一、從西方政治概念之演變認識何謂constitution。 二、從古典自由主義認識憲政主義的現代原型。 三、從人類首次的成文憲法制定的論辯，學習政治學眼光的憲法觀及合乎民主政體之本旨的憲政狀態的估量基準。
1. Understanding of "what is constitution" from the evolution of western political concepts. 2. Recognizing the modern prototype of constitutionalism from classical liberalism. 3. From the debate on the formulation of the first written constitution of mankind and to learn the constitutional view from the perspective of political science and the evaluation standard of the constitutional state conforming to the essence of democratic government
