三、教學目標 Objectives
溝通與談判是商業成功相當重要的根本技巧,人與人之間的溝通與談判乃透過肢體、語言、表情、口氣、敘述的鋪陳,多數事物的推動與執行,必然都牽涉到與不同人的溝通與談判,若能建立溝通談判技巧運用的邏輯,對於學生未來於商業談判將會有更多優勢。
The ability to communicate and negotiate, is one of the biggest factors in business success. It is the sharing of information and compromise for bargains between people within and outside the organization that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization. It can also be defined as relaying of information within a business by its people.

整體敘述 Overall Description
The communication and negotiation could diverse into many categories , marketing, brand management, customer relations, consumer behavior, advertising, public relations, corporate communication, community engagement, reputation management, interpersonal communication, employee engagement, and event management. Through discussion and simulation practices to enhance students’ ability.
