三、教學目標 Objectives
「和聲學」是理解西方調性音樂思維的基礎之一，有如在學習一種新的語言時，所需面對其文法結構部份，因此整個課程設計除了幫助學生建立「和聲學」的基本知識與技巧外，也特別著墨於不同的和弦功能與不同的和聲連接運行在樂曲中隱含之意義，建立學生在西方調性音樂中的功能和聲觀念，進而可以透過分析樂曲中的和聲進行的脈絡，更精確詮釋表達作品之意念。
Through the courses students acquire musical literacy, analytical skills, and the ability to incorporate the topics they have studied into their own music. A thorough understanding of common harmonic practice, melodic development. An understanding of harmony provides musicians with a rich palette for future creative choices in performing and composing.
