三、教學目標 Objectives
1.啟發學生對物權法的興趣
2.使學生具備物權法專業知識
3.培養具有清晰邏輯與法律倫理的法律人
The purpose of the curriculum is to lecture in-depth on the major topics over Rights In Rem of the Civil Code, with special emphasis on the criticism and review toward the theories and practice. The students will catch up the general concept of Rights In Rem of the Civil Code, and will learn the methodology to approach the Code. Hopefully, this curriculum will inspire the enthusiasm in students toward the further research in this realm.
