三、教學目標 Objectives
體育運動的普及程度，與一個國家人民之健康與國力之發展有關，故當今現代國家莫不對體育運動加以推展。我國自1990年來即有職業運動之創立，於2011年時更通過運動產業發展條例(Sports Industry Development Regulation)以作為我國體育發展之基本法源。故，對於運動行為與產業所涉及的法律問題有研究之必要。 授課重點如下： 運動法之範圍； 運動產業之發展； 運動與侵權之特殊問題； 運動之勞動法爭議 運動與反托拉斯法，及 運動契約特色與爭議 動紛爭解決特色及其模式； 運動經紀人及其規範； 運動保險； 運動規範 – 假球、禁藥、運動歧視 藝術法部分 分藝術與公法關係、藝術的私法關係之相關議題
中文 (繁體) 英文 中文 (簡體) 原文內容 體育運動的普及程度，與一個國家人民之健康與國力之發展有關，故當今現代國家莫不對體育運動加以推展。我國自1990年來即有職業運動之創立，於2011年時更通過運動產業發展條例(Sports Industry Development Regulation)以作為我國體育發展之基本法源。故，對於運動行為與產業所涉及的法律問題有研究之必要。 授課重點如下：  運動法之範圍；  運動產業之發展；  運動與侵權之特殊問題；  運動之勞動法爭議  運動與反托拉斯法，及  運動契約特色與爭議 Tǐyù yùndòng de pǔjí chéngdù, yǔ yīgè guójiā rénmín zhī jiànkāng yǔ guólì zhī fāzhǎn yǒuguān, gù dāngjīn xiàndài guójiā mòbù duì tǐyù yùndòng jiāyǐ tuīzhǎn. Therefore, today's modern countries all promote sports. my country has had professional sports since 1990. In 2011, it passed the Sports Industry Development Regulation as the basic source of law for the development of sports in my country. Therefore, it is necessary to study the legal issues involved in sports behavior and industry. The key points of the lecture are as follows: (a)The scope of sports law; (b)Development of the sports industry; (c)Special issues of sports and infringement; (d)Labor law disputes in sports (e)Sports and antitrust laws, and (f)Features and disputes of sports contract (g)Features and models of sports dispute resolution; (h)Sports agents and their specifications; (i)Sports insurance, and (j)Sports regulations-match-fixing, drug prohibition, sports Arts Law Understanding the related issues about art and public law and private law
