三、教學目標 Objectives
擬以法條釋義方式進行本課程教學，並整合民法總則、債編總則、以及物權編之內容，協助同學建構紮實債法思考體系，掌握民事法規的精神。
The purpose of the curriculum is to lecture in-depth on the major topics over the Part of Particular Kinds Of Obligations, with special emphasis on the criticism and review toward the theories and practice. The students will catch up the general concept of the Part of Particular Kinds Of Obligations, and will learn the multidisciplinary methodology to approach the Code. Hopefully, this curriculum will inspire the enthusiasm in students toward the further research in this realm.

1.針對債編各論各種之債，以逐條釋義方式授課，盼能減輕同學研習本課程之負擔。
2.接續上學期之進度，上學期已介紹過財產性契約，本學期之重點在於勞務性契約與其他契約。
