一、培養學生行政訴訟法法知識。
二、培養學生解決行政訴訟法問題能力。

四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
前半段由老師講授行政訴訟法基本理論，另外導入學思達教學方法，分組報告指定之問題
最後三週學生組成報告小組輪流報告一次。
