三、教學目標 Objectives
1.以實例方式釐清身分法相關爭點。 2.結合理論與實務，增進解決問題之能力。
This module enables participants to both understand and apply the relevant law; to facilitate the development of a range of intellectual skills, in particular the ability to think analytically and critically, to solve problems in theory and practice.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 1.本課程先由授課者就身分法（範圍涵蓋親屬編與繼承編）作基本觀念演繹與複習，並引導出身分法近代發展之趨勢與發展。 2.互動式案例研討。 3.本課程不舉行筆試考試，期末繳交個人報告乙份。
