| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
藉由模擬法庭以及跨領域(實體法與程序法)之整合型議題討論，使學生於有限時間內，完成案例爭點整理與解析，訓練其法學資料檢索與運用之能力、培養法律意見書及司法書狀之撰擬能力、強化其口頭表達能力及研擬訴訟策略之技巧。

| By using moot court and cross-sectorial(substantive law and procedural law) cases, to increase students’ abilities and skills of spotting issues, doing legal research, drafting opinion letters and court pleadings, giving oral presentation and arguments, and forming legal strategies within time limits. |
