三、教學目標 Objectives
在商業高度發展的現代社會裏，對商事法知識及學養之要求，日益受到各界重視，其中之商業組織－公司，更是在商業生活中扮演重要之角色，而規範公司組織及運作之基本法律規範即為公司法，因此期藉由本課程，使學生對我國公司之規範、學理及實務運作能有深入了解。
This course introduces the general principles of commercial law and the company law. Students who study this course will acquire the legal knowledge below: 1.Understanding the concepts and purpose of the Company Act. 2.Learning the regulations about corporate governance.
