三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程重點在於使同學瞭解商業組織之型態，並以公司型態為討論重心，使同學能從中學習公司設立、公司內部之權力結構、股東與董事之權利與責任、股東會與董事會之運作、公司之資金來源及公司與股東間之權利義務等議題。
This course is designed to introduce students to business organizations, especially in the corporation aspects. Students are expected to understand the principles and provisions of the Company Act regarding the formation, structures, shareholders' rights, directors' responsibilities, shareholders' meetings, the functions of the board, funding sources, rights and obligations between companies and their shareholders and etc.
