三、教學目標 Objectives
由於國際貿易之蓬勃發展，故激發對於國際貿易法之研究與專業人才培訓之努力。然而國際貿易法涵蓋範圍甚廣，故本課程擬從實務出發，根據理論結合實務之原則，在闡明國際貿易法原則之基礎上，盡可能援引和評析國際貿易爭端之具體實例，使同學掌握基本理論，並提高運用及解決問題之能力。
Giving the booming development of international trade, it becomes important to pay efforts to the research of international economic law and the training of professionals. However, international trade law covers a wide range. This course intends to depart from the practice, according to the principles of combination of theory and practice, based on the established principles of international economic law, and citing specific examples and evaluation of international trade disputes, so that students can master the basic theory and improve their ability to use and solving problems.

﹝二、《國貿條規》（International Commercial Terms，Incoterms）
(1)Ex Works(EXW)工廠交貨條件；(2)Free Carrier(FCA)貨交運送人條件；(3)Free Alongside Ship(FAS)輸出港船邊交貨條件；(4)Free on Board(FOB)輸出港船上交貨條件；(5)Cost and Freight(CFR)運費在內條件；(6)Cost, Insurance and Freight(CIF)運保費在內條件；(7)Carriage Paid to(CPT)運費付訖條件；(8)Carriage and Insurance Paid to(CIP)運保費付訖條件；(9)Delivered at Frontier(DAF)邊境交貨條件；(10)Delivered Ex Ship(DES)目的港船上交貨條件；(11)Delivered Ex Quay(DEQ)目的港碼頭交貨條件；(12)Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU)輸入國稅前交貨條件；(13)Delivered Duty Paid(DDP)輸入國稅訖交貨條件
三、﹞國際貿易付款方式及UCP 600：(1)貿易契約中付款條件：CWO.CAD.COD.L/C.D/P.D/A.O/A.電報放貨等內容；(2)貿易金流實務操作：押匯單據製作及審核；(3)買賣契約及信用狀內容；(4)根據買賣契約及信用狀要求，依UCP600.ISBP681等國際貿易法規、慣例規定，製作、審核求償單據（匯票、商業發票、提單、保險單、包裝單、產地證明等文件)
