三、教學目標 Objectives
歐盟法與國內法大不相同，亦與傳統國際法非常不一樣，發展至今已經形成其獨特的運作模式與規範架構。本門課希望帶領同學認識這個獨特法律體系的基本原則。
EU Law is much different from domestic law and traditional international law, functioning by its own logic and within its own normative framework. The aim of this course is to familiarize participants with the fundamental principles of this unique legal system.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程首先將為學者介紹歐盟法體系的基本架構、歐盟法的種類，以及歐盟法的查詢系統，教師接著將集中討論以下幾個重要的歐盟法基本法律原則：輔助原則、比例原則、直接效力原則、優位性原則、真誠合作原則、相互尊重原則、基本權利保障。最後，本課程將以介紹維繫歐盟法運作的核心司法制度「預先裁決程序」作結。
