| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 國際經濟法規之形成乃透過經年累月的談判、諮商及仲裁所累積形成，由於國際經濟活動日趨頻繁，使得國際經濟法成為近年來發展最快速的法學領域之一。本課程係介紹整體國際經濟局勢外，並加強國際經濟法相關規範之認識，期使同學能對國際經濟法領域有更深一層的認識。更對於新興科技議題，包括工業4.0與人工智能發展對於國際經濟法之影響。 |
