三、教學目標 Objectives
在全球化時代，內外國人往來交流頻繁，涉外案件也日益增加，本課程主要目標在介紹國際私法之基本理論，以我國涉外民事法律適用法為主軸，使學生能全面了解我國法律之相關規定，同時輔以外國立法論及相關判決，以比較法學之觀點開啟學生不同之視野，進一步培養學生獨立分析涉外案件之能力。
The course covers the principles and regulations of Taiwan's private international law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
以國際私法各論為主軸，為進一步培養學生獨立分析涉外案件之能力，計畫由學生分組，針對我國或他國涉外案件實際案例做深度探討，並在課堂上報告，助教則從旁協助資料之收集、分析及上台報告之技巧。
