三、教學目標 Objectives
使修課學生能對家事事件法之基本概念理論、立法目的與規定內容，獲得全盤而正確之理解，並透過本課程之學習，闡明其與民事訴訟之法律適用關係，使學生對本課程有學習之興趣，並能瞭解家事事件之理論與實務，學習如何妥適、迅速、統合處理家事事件，維護人格尊嚴、保障性別地位平等、謀求未成年子女最佳利益，並健全社會共同生活。
This module aims to provide students with a comprehensive overview of Family Procedure Law, issues in theory and practice. The core topics will be discussed in this module are: the difference between family litigations and non-disputed cases ; basic procedural principles in family cases; the requirements and legal effect of joint family cases , the methods for the trial, judgment and ruling, the remedy and the effect of final judgement.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 1.理解家事事件法之規範內容、制定理由及由其而衍生之學說與實務爭議問題，包含家事訴訟事件與家事非訟事件之區分、家事事件之程序基本原則、家事事件合併與移送之要件、效力、家事事件分離之要件與效力、家事件裁判之方式、救濟程序及確定裁判之效力。 2.期中參訪家事法庭或邀請家事律師演講，了解家事事件之處理與運作。
