三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程內容主要包括以下部分:
銀行法
信託法
支付法
科技金融(Fin Tech)
In this course, we will explore the following subjects, the baking law, the trust law, the payment law and the fin tech related issues.
Students taking the course will be required to deliver an one-hour team presentation and submit a 8000-words team paper in the end of the semester.

本課程以老師授課為主, 進度如下，無期中考，僅期末考。

期末考因應遠距，將以申論題取代原設定之選擇題考試方式
考試方式為24小時在家離線作答，題目為申論題，共兩題，每題作答請勿超過1000字
考試時間為2021/06/23，AM10:00會在Moodle公佈欄公布試題，同學請在word檔案上作答，並請在2021/06/24 AM:10:00 將作答試卷檔案上傳至Moodle期末考作業區
可參考上課講義、查書、上網查閱資料，但請勿互相討論或請教他人
