●整體敘述 Overall Description 從航空太空法的發展、法源、航空相關法律問題，如航權之取得（多邊條約或雙邊條約模式）、航空犯罪、太空與領空的界線，太空活動之責任等，到私法上之航空運送的法律制度與損害賠償問題作有系統性之介紹。
