三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程以勞動法的基本原理及個別勞動法為主要授課範圍，希望能極為有限的授課時間中，以提昇學生對於勞動法之學習興趣以及對於勞動法有一概括性的認識為授課目標。
This course is aim to sketch the general principle of labor law and employment law, and expect to increase the interest of students on learning labor law with providing the structural provision of this subject.
