本課程以介紹國際公法基本原理原則為主要教學目標，並自淺入深結合當前國際重大議題及案例的分析與討論，使學生能深入瞭解並認識國際法之運用與分析。

| The course provides an introduction to public international law. It introduces basic concepts of international dimention of law in modern world. The course will cover a wide range of topics involing international legal issues, including important cases and events. |
