三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程主要再介紹國際法之基本概念，期能協助同學建立繼續研究國際法之能力與興趣，並在一定程度上提供參與國家考試之必備知能。
By introducing the basic concepts and theories of international law, this course expects to assist students to establish ability and interest in further studying relevant issues on international law, and to a certain degree providing students with sufficient knowledge for preparing the government exams.

●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程預計涵蓋之主題包括：國際法之概念與性質、國際法之法源基礎、國際法與國內法之關係、國際法之主體、承認、領土、國際法上的繼承、管轄、引渡、管轄之豁免、國家責任、國際法上之人權保護、武力使用、國際組織等。第二學期之課程主要國際法上的繼承、管轄、引渡、管轄之豁免、國家責任、國際法上之人權保護、武力使用及國際組織。
