三、教學目標 Objectives
1.本課程之教學目標為協助同學了解國際法基本概念及各種國際法分支，包含國際外交法、國際海事法、國際航空法、國際太空法以及國際組織法。此外，還包括國際爭端解決機制。
2.國際法本身不只是傳統外交和外事工作，也涉及新型外交事務，包括空運、海運、國際組織。本課程希望到讓同學充分了解現行國際社會行為準則，以及我國在國際政經關係的現狀並協助同學多元生涯的規劃．
1.The purpose of the international law teaching is intended to assist students to understand the basic concept and various branches of international law, including international diplomatic law, international maritime law, international air law, international space law, international law of organizations. In addition, the introduction of the mechaisms of international dispute settlement is also included.
2.International law itself is not only concerned with traditional work of foreign affairs and diplomacy, it also related new types of works of foreign affairs, including air, ocean, international organizations, etc. This course will assist students towards multiplied career planning.
