三、教學目標 Objectives
一、培養學生理解法律哲學思想，尤其概念法學派思想、自然法學派思想、利益法學派思想以及價值法學派思想等理論。 二、培養學生理解法學研究方法以及法律解釋適用方法理論。
1.Let students understand the legal philosophy, in particular the concept of law , the natural law, and the value of the interests of law theory. 2.Let students understand the legal research methods and interpretation methods theory of the law.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description 本課程以老師講授為主，同學報告為輔。另外導入學思達教學方法，分組討論題目。 主要研討法律概念、法律事實之認定、法解釋適用方法論以及法律之體系。

十一、計畫表公布後異動說明 Changes Made After Posting Syllabus

為因應疫情關係，期末考試取消，改為期中考試加上報告成績各占40分。上課表現二十分。亦即有點名缺席一次扣二分。表現良好的加分。
