三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程討論現代保險制度之法律與實務議題，包括保險之意義與基礎保險制度之原理與原則、保險人、被保險人、要保人、受益人、保險代理人、保險業務員之權利與義務，以及人身保險與相關財產保險之相關法律規範內容、與再保險制度等等，使學生對保險法與保險制度，有一完整的認識。
This is a lecturing course focusing on the introduction and discussion of the Insurance contract law. The main topics covered in this course include: the concept of Insurance and Insurance law, principles governing the insurance law, the relationship between insurer and insured, and the insurance law related isues.
