| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
| 本課程目標是幫助學生習得關於著作權法的重要法理、原則，比如著作人、視覺藝術家法案、平行輸入、權利濫用、散布權耗盡原則、「通知∕取下程序」、合理使用，以及著作權蟑螂行為。 |
| This course is to help students to learn the most important aspects of copyright law, such as the exclusive rights of copyright, authorship, VARA, the first sale doctrine, copyright misuse, notice/takedown procedure, fair use and the copyright troll actions. |
