| 三、教學目標 Objectives |
國際金融法為涉外商業組織與金融交易活動之規範，近年來因全球化之風潮與國內金融改革，使我國對於國際接軌之國際金融實務更加具國際化發展。
本課程擬以國際貨幣基金組織、世界銀行及其相關之國際組織為中心，並輔以案例討論，期能使修習本課程之同學對於國際金融法之理論暨實務發展有深入認識。 |
