三、教學目標 Objectives
刑法是社會科學之一，自然也重視統合與應用。在現行刑犯罪三階論體系下，不論是通說或是實務都同受支配。因此，在學習過刑總的理論基礎與刑分的法條解析之後，即應透過案例解析能力的培養，重新整合刑總與刑分。
課程的進行採取解說與演練各半的方式：先由老師對專題的內容作重點式說明，之後進行案例分析，並提示解題要領。由於刑法的討論不在求得所謂的標準答案，而是對於爭點的掌握，並培養思考與推理的能力。因此希望修課同學於課堂中儘量發言，並請於上課前多作預習，課後多加思考。
After completing the Penal General , then the following is to explain the Criminal Code provisions based on criminal laws . The following lessons will be focused on criminal law and criminal law for the General systematic combination. As for teaching methods, is to train students to have the ability to solve problems in the case, be able to apply the theory of criminal law General , and criminal law provisions at the same time.
During this curriculum , the teacher will lead the depth description of each of the thematic content , and add the case of the applicable instructions . Since there is no standard answer could be find to the discussion of criminal law, but to be able to find problems at issues , and the problems could be argue on. Furthermore to add into the inference. Therefore, hoping students who is taking the courses would speak up in class.

1、下學期將刑總課程分為九個專題，先由教師口頭講授課程內容，再進行案例解析。教師提供課程實例與大綱之書面資料予同學上課使用。
2、本課程仍舉行期中考試與期末考試，並與平時分數綜合以為學期分數評量依據。
