三、教學目標 Objectives
犯罪，不僅造成財物和人身安全的損害，還會在社會上形成一種對於犯罪的恐懼氛圍，讓人感到不安，影響生活品質。一個文明社會，會竭盡所能研究犯罪、瞭解犯罪，做好安全治理的工作。本課程即是運用科學方法分析犯罪現象的課程，也是孟老師近十年來的研究分享。本課程嘗試填補安全治理實務與犯罪科學分析之間的空隙，協助決策者在政策制定前，有明確的判斷資訊；在政策執行中，有適當的檢視依據；在政策執行後，有客觀的評量指標。
Crime makes financial and physical damages. Crime also forms a climate of fear and influences life quality negatively. Accordingly, exploring and controlling crime are important to civilized society. The purpose of this course is to share the criminological research with students.
