三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程將先介紹支付工具與支付系統概論、有價證券之基礎性質，進而分成兩大部分介紹票據法相關理論與法律問題討論，第一部份為票據總則，討論票據行為之要件、原則、票據抗辯、票據偽造變造、票據權利行使與保全等；繼之分別探討匯票、本票與支票之相關規定與法律問題研究，希望透過本課程，俾便學生對票據法與票據行為有全盤之瞭解與認識。
In this course, we will first introduce the payment instruments and payment system to the class. Then the lecturing will lead to the introduction of the law of notes, including the basic concepts and the core principle of the law and the three instruments will be discussed as well.
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
本課程教學於第一、二週主要介紹支付工具概論及有價證券介紹。之後則依票據法法條安排循序授課，期中考前預計完成票據法總則之講授。期中考後則以匯票為主，並涵蓋本票及支票與匯票不同部分及特殊重要事項之相關法律規定。
期中考試以期中考前所授支付工具概論及票據總則規範為主，期末考則涵蓋整學期所有教學內容。
