三、教學目標 Objectives
本課程期藉英美契約法精選案例及課堂討論方式，使同學對英美契約法的主要議題及相關發展有所認識。
本課程同時計畫利用東吳大學Moodle教學平臺(http://isee.scu.edu.tw)做為英美法網路教學測試，部分上課內容並參考美國耶魯大學開放課程進行案例講解輔助說明。
Through case study and discussion, understand the basic concepts of contract law in Anglo-American legal system, learn the legal analysis process from court reasoning, and distinguish the differences from certain civil law concepts to enhance understanding of the interaction between tort legislation and social development. This year will try to use electronic learning process to help students learn more through school’s database/platform as well as Yale law school open course content. 　
四、課程內容 Course Description
●整體敘述 Overall Description
本課程期藉英美侵權行為法案例選輯及課堂討論方式，使同學對英美契約法的主要議題及相關發展有所認識。本課程同時計畫利用東吳大學Moodle教學平臺(http://isee.scu.edu.tw)進行分組報告上傳及討論。
課程資料將利用學校圖書館電子資料庫中法律案例引用講授。課程期間並輔以投影片教學及期中考前之電影欣賞，對英美契約法議題做介紹及講解。
（註：本學年將側重視訊方式進行以因應疫情並為遠距教學課程申請做準備 請同學務必注意及配合）
