| 以Contract為教學主體，激發同學課堂發言，討論，分析解讀美國法律之能力訓練，進而強化法律人的思維邏輯。 |
1.Read and analysis a broad range of Contract cases.
2.Identify legal rule to similar factual situation.
3.Articulate the rationales to conduct legal analysis and persuasive legal argument.
