三、教學目標 Objectives
授課教師將以美國法學院親身學習經歷之案例教學法授課方式，引導學生閱讀英美契約法經典案例。課堂中將以全英語授課與即席問答，讓學生瞭解英美契約法經典案例之事實、爭點與法律適用，以及英美契約法體系、統一商法典(Uniform Commercial Code, UCC)及美國法律整編契約法第二版(Restatement (Second) of Contracts)相關規定。藉此培養學生思考契約法之問題與解決問題之方法，激發同學以英語研讀及分析法律案件之能力。
The professor will guide students to go through the classic contract law cases by the U.S. law school teaching methods (Socratic methods). This class will be taught in English, which means the professor will ask questions in English and the students should answer the question in English. Feel free to ask questions in the office hour in Chinese to make sure that your understandings are correct. The contents of this class will cover the U.S. common law of contracts, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and Restatement (Second) of Contracts.
